ABOUT.
TikTok's annual flagship summit, bringing together approximately 280 attendees across Southeast Asia for three days of strategic alignment, shared dialogue, and an expanded awards celebration — held at Mandarin Wildlife Reserve & Resort, 26–28 January.
MY ROLE.
Co-led the design execution alongside a fellow designer during the holiday period, taking shared ownership of decisions and deliverables to keep the project on brief and on track. Working from a client-provided Key Visual, the scope centred on translating the TikTok brand consistently across a wide range of physical touchpoints throughout the venue. Primary focus was on print production, with additional support extended to build design when needed. Conducted on-site visits to oversee installation quality and print output — making sure what was designed on screen showed up the same way in real life.
